A £75.00 per wk , a non refundable deposit to secure dates  

with the remaining balance to be paid in  full 8 weeks before your holiday

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DEEMED AS A ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Payments. A £75 per wk a non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with payment in full if within 8 weeks of your stay ( Banks Transfer

THE CARAVAN DOES  NOT HAVE THE FACILITY FOR CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES 

1. The outstanding balance must be received 8  weeks before the start date of the holiday.

2. If no payment is made within 8 weeks we will assume you no longer wish take up the booking

In the event of a booking made less than 8 weeks before your stay Full balance  is required.

3. The hirer must inform the owners or at the site office of any breakages, faults or problems

as soon as possible .All damages to the property must be paid for Thank you 

CANCELLATION

A . If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your holiday start date the following Charges will apply

B. If you cancel between 7/30 days prior to arrival date 50% of holiday hire charged.

C. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival date 75% of Holiday hire charged.

D. If you cancel with more than 30 days prior to arrival you will only be charged your deposit £75 per wk

E. The owners reserve the right to cancel occupancy without notice. In such an event the Hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.

TERMS  & CONDITIONS ...

1. The caravan is 4 berth max and this should not be exceeded.

2. No Smoking or E cigs inside or from the windows of the Caravan.

3. Please leave the Caravan clean and tidy the same condition as you found it. This will help us greatly ,Please keep the area surrounding the Caravan clean and tidy.

4 The Park Management or Caravan owners have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party is unacceptable to them or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in this circumstance.

5 Please use the space by the side of caravan for parking your vehicle. (MAX of 2 vehicles NO Commercial Vans Park rules)

6 No Disposable BBQ to be used on the Wood Decking ,please use them on the grass

7 The Owner or his representative shall be allowed access to the Caravan at any reasonable time during the occupancy.

8 The site Management and Caravan owners will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or member of their party.

9 Arrival time after 4pm & Please vacate the caravan by 10.00am on the day of departure

10 NO Parties whose members are ALL under 21 years of age

11 NO Parties whose members are ALL young males or all young females.

12 The Park Management or Caravan owners have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party is unacceptable to them or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in this circumstance.

12 your Holiday home keys are located in a key lock box on the door you will be sent the access code via email the week  before your arrival . If you can replace the keys on your departure days
