With a beautiful location close to Crantock village with its Beach and Gannel estuary with the busy resort of Newquay with its 7 beaches, and a whole range of fascinating attractions just 1,5miles away .We are geographically perfectly located central in Cornwall for those who like explore and see the sights , St Ives 30m , Padstow 15 m , Eden project 15m , Lands End 42 m.

A Freeplay 40inch 4K TV & Netfix &Prime (use own account ) with USB input so bring along your USB stick with your children's favourite movies on it ,There is a large veranda deck through the French doors with a table and sun seating/cushions and a large Parasol .All for you to sit back admire the open views down to the free fishing lakes and hills beyond . There is ample car parking space to the side .

Newquay town is just 1.5 miles by car or by Bus (a stop outside the entrance ),nearest Beach is Crantock beach just 1mile & can be accessed walking from Trevella via the Gannel estuary tide permitting and across to Newquay town via the wooden bridge.
